Students proceeding normally to the full qualification of Master of Science in Biodiversity Informatics at MUST progress through 18 months of studying relevant modules. Students spend the majority of the first year (8 months) covering taught modules. The second year involves a research project or thesis and spans a 10-month period.
Student’s projects are attached to relevant institutions depending on their topic of interest during their entire period of year 2 (semester 1 and 2). The internship contributes 10 credits to the Research project 120 Credits.
All modules are core and students from any background are mandated to cover all the modules without any exemption.
