Scholarships and Funding

Limited scholarships are available

Tuition scholarships are currently avaliable for selected students. Check the eligibility criteria below and apply online.

Important: You can only apply for scholarships here if you have already submitted your admissions application online and obtained a reference number. Use your unique application ID to apply for the scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be from a SADC country
  • Maximum age 35 (males) and 40 (females)

Application Requirements

  1. Applicant ID obtained via the online admission application portal
  2. Motivation letter should highlight your personal attributes and interests. It should describe how the scholarship and the programme will impact your career and society at large. Include the research idea you plan to explore during the MSc (Maximum 2 pages, font 12, 1.5 spacing, Times New Roman font).
  3. Curriculum Vitae - Should be no more than 3 pages and must have at least 2 traceable referees
  4. Letter of recommendation from immediate work/academic supervisor
